On Andrea Louka Street, in the Faneromeni area, a contemporary studio / architectural office is housed within a space rich in history. Previously, it was used for the crafting of women’s handbags by an artisan of Armenian origin, while the surrounding block once hosted the “Lukudi” Cinema. In 2022, the space was redesigned by Ierides Architecture with a focus on energy efficiency and the creation of a flexible, multifunctional environment. Featuring metal structures, glass extensions, and modern materials, the interior transforms from day to night, accommodating exhibitions, presentations, and small-scale events, an expressive space full of character, inspiration, and vibrancy.
