The Student Residences οf the Holy Archbishopric of Cyprus in the walled city of Nicosia represent a contemporary intervention of adaptive reuse and extension of a listed building. The project combines the restoration of the historic structure with a new addition, forming a cohesive composition that balances old and new. Emphasizing natural materials, light, and the courtyard as a social space, the design creates a contemporary living environment integrated into the historic urban fabric.
