In 2025, it was transformed into a contemporary fitness space by Ierides Architecture, while preserving its exterior appearance. The original open-plan area was redesigned with the addition of a metal staircase and a mezzanine with a glass extension, allowing natural light to penetrate the space. The lighting highlights the equipment, while the soft color palette emphasizes the wooden elements, creating a distinctive environment, a true “temple of fitness.”

A 25-metre corridor with a sloped ceiling engages scale and perspective, leads downwards to the gym areas while simultaneously organizing the program.
